The TCM European Quality Mark

TOCEMA Europe developed a permanent process of quality that aims at any town centre management‘s (TCM) initiative. The process includes three levels that match the various phases of evolution of a TCM structure.

The TCM structure that reaches the basic standards obtains the Basic Quality Mark, which is acknowledged by TOCEMA Europe and can start a certification process to acquire the High and later on the Excellence Quality Mark.
